As any property owner who’s allowed a cell phone tower company to lease their land for a cell site can tell you, doing so is a great way to generate long-term residual income. It is for this reason that many owners try their best to attract interest in their property whenever a site acquisition agent rolls into town.

Here are several things you can do to improve your chances of being chosen:
  1. Make yourself more visible. A great way to do this is to put up a noticeable sign declaring your property’s availability for a cell site lease. Faced with the prospect of closing an acquisition in a shorter time, the site acquisition agent is bound to take notice of your ad. See to it that your sign faces a major road and has all your relevant contact details.
