Getting Cell Phone Tower Companies to Notice You

As any property owner who’s allowed a cell phone tower company to lease their land for a cell site can tell you, doing so is a great way to generate long-term residual income. It is for this reason that many owners try their best to attract interest in their property whenever a site acquisition agent rolls into town.

Here are several things you can do to improve your chances of being chosen:
  1. Make yourself more visible. A great way to do this is to put up a noticeable sign declaring your property’s availability for a cell site lease. Faced with the prospect of closing an acquisition in a shorter time, the site acquisition agent is bound to take notice of your ad. See to it that your sign faces a major road and has all your relevant contact details.
  2. Keep your ears open for all hearings in your locale that discuss tower construction. You might find some agents in attendance, so your chances of speaking to them directly are significantly greater during such events.
